22.6.2006 - Rest in Peace Axel Thiel. One of germans Graffitiresearcher died . Axel thiel did graffitiresearch over 30 years and was the founder of the "Kasseler Graffii Archiv", germanys first graffitiarchive. The researches started in 1978. The archive contains 65000 documents on graffiti.

3-7 july

lectures,fotodocumentation,videonights - a whole week will show the topic of street art.

in 2004 the first groupexhibition of dresden was realised at the picknick. 2 years later urban script will take part at the same place.lectures will held,diskussions will happen. 2 videonights will show parts of graffiti and street art videos.A fotodocumentation about dresdens street art will present, and interviews with activists will published.

after one year ak-47.de is relauchend in a new design. in the future updates will be realised as often as possible. the side will grow bit by bit.

the news section will show dates on events , and will inform you about all kind of updates on this side. send me all your dates and infos about upcoming exhibitions,meetings,festivals...

the report section will publish reports about recent exhibitions and cities.for sure you can send us your travelogues and we will present them on this side, so you offer the chance to other to find nice spots and give the possibility to follow your trace through the urban space.

for sure the foto section will be alive, but in a less dominant role as before. i will stop to publish evreything , because i'd like to show pearls of street art.so send me your best stuff - one nice foto is better then thounds of bad .
